Read the gauge to see if you need to order heating oil. If you do, call Auth Fuels immediately to schedule your delivery. Important: If your tank is empty, call us right away. An empty oil tank can cause serious damage to your equipment.
If your tank is full, check your thermostat. Make sure it is set to HEAT and that the cooling function is not on instead.
Make sure all furnace and emergency switches are on.
Press the reset button on your furnace – ONCE ONLY.

Make sure your driveway is clear of ice and snow so that Auth Fuels delivery vehicles can access your home or business.
Please shovel a path to your tank’s fill pipe. This will allow our delivery drivers to access and fill your tank safely and on schedule.
Do not store any flammable debris (like cardboard boxes) near your heating system or oil tank.
