To Our Valued Customers;
In response to the current COVID-19 outbreak. We, as your home heating oil company, consider ourselves to be emergency personnel. It is our mission to stay open and be here for any heating or air conditioning emergencies.
To minimize exposure between employees and our customers, we are asking that you not come into our office, unless you absolutely have to. you can pay bills online at www.authfuels.com or you can call the office and we will be happy to take your payment over the phone. You can also drop a payment into the mail slot, at our front entrance, if you are going by. Please, do not come in unless you have an issue that cannot be resolved over the phone.
We will continue to deliver your oil and service your heating and air conditioning equipment as needed. We ask that you please inform us if anyone in your household is sick before we come in for any service and while our Technicians are in your home, please keep a safe distance of 6 to 10 feet away.
It is all of our responsibility to keep each other safe and healthy. Let us all be conscientious and respectful of one another. We are in this together.
