BASIC BUDGET PLAN - The budget plan spreads your annual oil costover ten monthly payments and avoids the concentration of heating billsin the winter months. We estimate your heating cost for the season(June 1 through May 31) based on your oil consumption. This total costfor oil is then divided into ten monthly payments beginning in Augustand ending in May. Your budget payments must be paid once a month. Iftwo consecutive budget payments are missed the account is automaticallyremoved from the budget plan and you will no longer receive the budgetprice.

The basic budget plan is an estimate and can only be used when oildeliveries are automatically scheduled by us and are fill-ups. Thebudget may not be used if you call in for deliveries and limit theamount of gallons which are to be delivered. This is not a capped priceand will be calculated at the cash price on the day of delivery. Ifyour actual cost is less than what we figured, we refund theoverpayment to you in June, or you can roll the credit over to the nextseason; if your actual cost is greater than our estimate, you pay thebalance in June. There is no finance charge on the budget, and you payonly for the oil delivered.

CAPPED BUDGET PLAN – Is the same as the Basic Plan but yourdeliveries will be capped, meaning the price will never go above thecap. If the price is lower at the time of delivery you receive thelower price. A price protection charge of $30.00 per month will befigured into your budget payment.

If you were on the budget plan during the 2008-2009 season, you willautomatically be renewed onto the CAPPED PROGRAM unless you notify usotherwise. You may use the form at the bottom of the page.

If you would like to begin a budget payment plan, kindly completethe form below and return to us. We will compute your payment amountand mail you a packet of convenient payment cards. If you decide not togo on the budget plan, our credit terms remain net thirty days.
